Imagine walking into a stark white warehouse - white ceilings, walls, and floors - brightened further through fluorescent lighting, and you might think you're in some modern art installation, but you're in a clothing store. You're in Walter, where the clothes are displayed like art pieces, elevated above the ground floor on stages where one must climb to see them.

The store and the clothes are the concept of Walter Van Beirendonk, of the infamous Antwerp Six. His store is stocked with his own brand, along with other talented Belgian designers, such as Bruno Pieters and Bernard Wilhelm.
