Essentiel is definitely an essential stop on your Antwerp shopping excursion. The label was started by Belgians Esfandiar Eghtessadi and Inge Onsea less than a decade ago, but what started out as a line of t-shirts has grown into an empire of clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories featuring colourful prints and luxurious textures.
Popular also with the French, it's your moderately priced gateway to a bit of Flemish fashion.
